We provide digital services and non-tangible goods, including document processing, test preparation, and certification support. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and returns are subject to strict conditions. We evaluate each request fairly and transparently.
You are eligible for a refund if:
•You did not receive the purchased service or digital item within the promised timeframe.
•The service was materially different from what was described on our website or communications.
•You were billed incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge.
•You cancelled your order before service delivery began.
•The service or digital product was already delivered or accessed.
•Dissatisfaction is based on a change of mind or non-substantive reasons.
•Incorrect or incomplete information was submitted by the customer.
•You failed to comply with requirements or deadlines necessary to fulfill the service.
You must request a refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase. After that period, refund eligibility is at our discretion.

In situations where partial services were rendered before a cancellation or issue, we may issue a partial refund to reflect only the unused portion of the service.
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without reaching out may delay your refund and could result in a permanent ban from future service.
We do not sell or ship physical products. As a result, returns are not applicable. All products are delivered digitally or via online access, and cannot be “returned” once delivered or accessed.
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it—provided no processing has begun. Cancellation requests made after this period are not guaranteed to be eligible for a refund.
